Contact requests contain the details you submit, including your name, email, company and message. Platform accounts contain sign-in information, your company profile, saved Target Accounts and generated intelligence.
How information is used
Contact details are used to respond to your request. Platform data is used to provide your workspace, research, reports and account management. When you request research or messaging, relevant inputs are processed by the services supporting that feature.
Payments and access
Payment details are handled by the payment provider. The platform stores subscription information for plan access and billing management, not card details. Cancellation or a plan downgrade does not delete saved account data.
